The manufacture of carbon fiber components is mainly carried out through a series of processes, the following is the specific manufacturing process:
First, cutting the fabric to the required length, and then make accurate quantitative cloth according to the product requirements.
Then preshape.Combine the cut carbon fibers together, and then soak them in epoxy resin at high temperature to make it absorb the resin.
Third, molding pressing: Put the soaked carbon fiber into the mold and heat it under pressure to infiltrate the resin base with prepreg to form parts.
Fourth , Curing: Put the pressed parts into the hardening chamber and cure them at a certain temperature to ensure the strength and hardness of the parts.Lastly,unload the mold.
