High-performance Carbon Fiber Sheet

Our 3K carbon fiber plates are made from high-quality T300 grade or higher carbon fiber tows (3K means 3,000 carbon fiber filaments per bundle) that are precision woven to form the signature 3K twill. The imported epoxy resin system is used to solidify and form in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment through a strictly controlled vacuum bagging or autoclave process to ensure that the resin is fully infiltrated with fiber, achieve high fiber content and extremely low porosity, so as to ensure that the board has the best mechanical properties and consistent quality.

Our company's carbon fiber plates are produced by the autoclave machine in the picture, and the autoclave process carbon fiber plates represent the top level of carbon fiber composite manufacturing technology. Through the synergistic effect of vacuum, high pressure and high temperature, it produces structural panels with very low porosity, high fiber content, good interlayer bonding, excellent performance and consistency. Although its equipment and process costs are high and the production cycle is long, it is an irreplaceable key manufacturing technology in fields such as aerospace, high-end industry, and top competitive sports, which require extreme performance, reliability and weight reduction.
