Structural form of FRP Anticorrosion

FRP anti-corrosion refers to the carbon steel, concrete or other substrate surface to make FRP protection layer, to prevent the substrate in the media or environmental damage or deterioration, called FRP anti-corrosion. Commonly used FRP anti-corrosion are: glass steel lining, glass flake lining, resin mortar brick lining, epoxy self-leveling, epoxy powder spraying, substrate surface coated FRP and so on. 1, substrate
Mainly refers to the surface need anti-corrosion materials, the quality of the substrate and material to determine the anti-corrosion adhesive material selection and the quality of FRP anti-corrosion.
2. Transition bonding Layer
Mainly used in FRP and substrate bonding, to ensure the shear strength between FRP and substrate, concrete and steel surface commonly used materials have epoxy resin, vinyl resins and so on.
3, Resin mortar layer
Mainly used to repair the substrate surface defects and improve the resistance of FRP anti-corrosion coating deformation capacity, resin mortar mainly composed of resin and filler materials, commonly used filler materials have quartz powder, porcelain powder, talc powder, gas phase silica, glass hollow beads and so on.
4, FRP reinforcement layer
It is mainly used in reinforcing and preventing leakage of FRP anticorrosion layer, improving the mechanical properties of FRP anticorrosion layer and guaranteeing the requirement of stress and strain of the field. Meanwhile, the leakage resistance of FRP anticorrosion layer is strengthened.
5. Exterior protection
It is mainly used to resist external environment and medium effect, which is usually composed of impervious layer and rich resin layer. It acts as a corrosion prevention and seepage control.

In the storage of corrosive media, FRP shows other materials unmatched superiority, can withstand a variety of acid, alkali, salt and organic solvents, so that the application of FRP is very common, but the quality of FRP products is determined by the raw materials, construction technology, and so on several factors. As a new domestic mechanized production process, FRP spraying lining has great advantages.
